Michael Scarton spent six and a half years working as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Monroe County.  As a prosecutor, he gained extensive experience dealing with the Monroe County Courts, court personnel, and the criminal justice system in general.  He understands how prosecutors evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of cases.  He is now using his experience and knowledge of the criminal justice system to represent our clients who have been charged with a crime.
