Custom Fee Agreements

Just as one size does not fit all in the handling of each claim, we realize that the same fee agreement does not apply to every case.  We consider the situation of each client in tailoring the fee agreement accordingly.

While we represent all our personal injury clients on a contingency or percentage basis, the percentage changes with the needs and situation of each client.


Individual Attention

We assign to each client a two-member team consisting of an attorney and a case manager.  The team members are responsible for the claim of each client from the moment the client appears in our office until the claim is resolved.  We do not place our clients on an “assembly line” where dozens of different staff members handle the file and the client never knows who to contact.  Shean Law Offices believes in giving individual attention to each client.  We are convinced that this approach is more satisfying and more rewarding to our clients.
